Public Holidays Under The Negotiable Instruments Act Of 1881 Have Been Declared For All State Government Offices And Commercial Banks In Tamil Nadu For The Year 2023.
The Tamil Nadu State Government Has Passed The Following Orders Regarding Holiday Observance In The State Of Tamil Nadu For The Year 2023:-
(I) Public Holidays: The Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Will Publish The Holidays Announced Under The Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (Central Act Xxvi Of 1881) Indicated In The Notification Appended To This Order.
(Ii) Government Holidays: The Government Orders That All Offices Under Its Control In Tamil Nadu Be Closed On The Following Days:
Dates In (A) The Notification Attached To This Order (Except Annual Closing Of Bank Accounts On 01.04.2023).
(B) Each And Every Saturday And Sunday In 2023.
- All State Government Corporations, Boards, And Undertakings, As Well As Other Entities, Must Observe The Above Notified Public Holidays.
