The Government Will Start Receiving Applications For The Gruha Lakshmi Scheme From June 16 At 1:30 P.m. The Eligible Beneficiaries Can Start Filling Out Applications Online On 16 June 2023 From 1:30 P.m Onwards On The Seva Sindhu Portal. Women Can Also Submit Applications Offline In Grama One, Bangalore One Or Karnataka One Office.
The Gruha Lakshmi Scheme Karnataka, Announced By The Karnataka Government, Provides Monthly Financial Assistance Of Rs.2,000 To The Head Women Of A House. Around 1.20 Crore Women In The State Would Benefit From This Scheme.
The Gruha Lakshmi Yojana Is Launched To Support Women And Improve Their Livelihood. It Aims To Empower Housewives, Landless Women, And Agricultural Women Workers By Providing Them Financial Assistance Through A Direct Benefit Transfer (Dbt) Mode. Chief Minister, Siddaramaiah Is Likely To Implement This Scheme In Hubballi Or Belagavi On 17 To 18 August. After The Scheme Is Implemented, The Money Will Be Directly Transferred To The Beneficiaries’ Bank Accounts.

- The women should belong to Antyodaya, BPL and APL families.
- The women identified as the head of a family in the Antyodaya, BPL and APL ration cards issued by the Government will receive the benefit.
- Only one woman in a family will get the scheme’s benefits.
- Women government employees are not eligible to get the scheme’s benefits.
- Women taxpayers are not eligble to get the scheme’s benefits.
- If the husband of the woman who is the head of the family is paying income tax or filing GST returns, the women of that family will not get the scheme’s benefits.

Registration for the Gruha Lakshmi Scheme will be open from 16 June 2023 at 1:30 p.m. Eligible women can register for the scheme by following the below process:
- Visit the Seva Sindhu Portal.
- Login by entering the email ID and OTP received on your email.
- If you are a first time user, click on ‘New user ? Register here’ button. Enter the Aadhaar number and all the required details and login to the portal.
- After logging in, search ‘Gruha Lakshmi Yojana’ on the search bar. (Currently not available. This option to apply will be available from 16 June)
- Fill in the required information for the scheme and upload the documents.
- Click the submit button and note the application form number for future reference.
